- Our Refund Policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (i.e. not dirty, damaged, or missing parts). It must also be in the original packaging. We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@alleviaid.us. We may also request photographic proof of damages.
- Please do not "return to sender" or send your package back to the manufacturer. Do not resend it to where it came from, as that is not our mailing address where returns are processed.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If a product differs from the purchase agreement or does otherwise not correspond to the description provided by AlleviAid, you have the right to make a complaint about the product to AlleviAid.
In that case you’re welcome to make a complaint about your product. You can contact our customer service team to file a complaint here.
The right of complaint only includes faults at delivery (and not faults that for instance occurred due to the product’s expired shelf life or due to normal wear and tear). You need to notify AlleviAid about the fault within a reasonable time from when you discovered or should have discovered the fault and at the latest two months after you received the product. AlleviAid therefore recommends you to carefully inspect products directly upon receiving them.
Depending on the type of product fault we may require you to provide photographic proof. Throughout the reclamation period you are required to retain original packaging, packing slip and the products in question.
Depending on the extent of the damage you will be able to get a replacement, remediation, or a price reduction. For further claims, exceeding the costs of the product, AlleviAid will act in accordance with applicable consumer purchase law.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@alleviaid.us.
Subscription Orders (if applicable)
Only regular-priced one-time purchase orders may be refunded, unfortunately, subscription orders cannot be refunded.
Pre-Orders (if applicable)
In the event that any AlleviAid product is temporarily unavailable, customers will have the option to place pre-orders. The out-of-stock status will be prominently displayed on both the header and cart page, ensuring that customers are aware they are making pre-orders. Please note that pre-orders are non-refundable.
Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you request a cancellation of your order we cannot always 100% guarantee that it will be canceled. We physically cannot cancel orders after 30 minutes of you placing your order. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@alleviaid.us. We may also request photographic proof of damages.
Force majeure
AlleviAid is not required to fulfil the purchase agreement if the fulfilment is complicated due to an event outside of the reasonable control of AlleviAid (e.g. changed legislation, government measures, strikes, blockades, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, floods, natural disasters, or other extraordinary events). Such circumstances also relieve AlleviAid from the obligation to pay compensation. If these circumstances last longer than two (2) months, both the consumer and AlleviAid have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
Invalid Reasons:
Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering AlleviAid™. The buyer should make sure they want to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order. We cannot provide refunds for any reasons related to allergic reactions, sensitivity, or ingredient related. While AlleviAid is generally safe for all skin types, it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they check the ingredients and purchase accordingly in regard to his or her allergies. We also cannot provide refunds for international orders for the reason of currency discrepancy as all prices are displayed and transacted in USD (United State Dollars) at the current exchange rate.
