Refund Policy

Please allow between 5-14 days for your order to arrive. If more than 20 days have passed please email us at support@alleviad.us to review the status of your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to repsond to your query. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary. Please include your order number, your full name, email associated with the order, shipping address, and reason for return/refund.

- Our Refund Policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

​

- To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (i.e. not dirty, damaged, or missing parts). It must also be in the original packaging. We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@alleviaid.us.

- Please do not "return to sender" or send your package back to the manufacturer. Do not resend it to where it came from, as that is not our mailing address where returns are processed.

​

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

​

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

​

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

​

- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable)

​

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

​

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@alleviaid.us.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@alleviaid.us.

Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)

​

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.

​

Subscription Orders (if applicable)

​

Only regular-priced one-time purchase orders may be refunded, unfortunately, subscription orders cannot be refunded.

Pre-Orders (if applicable)

​

In the event that any AlleviAid product is temporarily unavailable, customers will have the option to place pre-orders. The out-of-stock status will be prominently displayed on both the header and cart page, ensuring that customers are aware they are making pre-orders. Please note that pre-orders are non-refundable.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

​

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you request a cancellation of your order we cannot always 100% guarantee that it will be canceled. We physically cannot cancel orders after 30 minutes of you placing your order. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase.

I entered the wrong address, can I change it?

 

Please make sure to double-check the shipping address that you enter at checkout as once your order has been placed we usually are unable to correct it in our system. If you contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order we may be able to correct your shipping address but we cannot 100% guarantee that it will be corrected.
 

Customs


AlleviAid is not responsible for any package stuck in customs or returned to sender by any carrier. It is the buyer's responsibility to check their country's import and export laws prior to purchase. In cases where orders are denied by customs, AlleviAid will not provide refunds.

Invalid Reasons:

​

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering AlleviAid™. The buyer should make sure they want to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order. We cannot provide refunds for any reasons related to allergic reactions, sensitivity, or ingredient-related. While AlleviAid - Natural Therapy Patch is generally safe for all skin types, it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they check the ingredients and purchase accordingly in regards to his or her allergies. We also cannot provide refunds for international orders for the reason of currency discrepancy as all prices are displayed and transacted in USD (United State Dollars) at the current exchange rate.
